Dr Stephen Hultgren is Lecturer in New Testament at Australian Lutheran College – University of Divinity, in Adelaide, Australia. He received an M.Div. degree from Luther Seminary and a Ph.D. from Duke University and was ordained in the ELCA. He has published in the areas of the synoptic gospels, the Dead Sea Scrolls, and issues in the interpretation of Scripture, among others.
