Pastor Rolf Svanoe is associate pastor of Peace Lutheran in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, and previously served three congregations in Southern Wisconsin. Svanoe is a 1978 graduate of Augustana College, Sioux Falls. He received his Master of Divinity degree from Luther Seminary in 1982. In 2008, he completed his D. Min. in Luther Seminary’s Doctor of Ministry in Biblical Preaching program. His thesis topic: “The Beast in the Pulpit: Overcoming Objections to Preaching the Book of Revelation in Mainline Churches.” Pastor Rolf is the author of “Bread for the Journey: A High-Carb Multisensory Lenten Worship Series” published by CSS in 2007.
