Rev. Dr. Josef A. Howard is an ordained minister. He is Resident Pastor of Bethel World Outreach Church, Robbinsdale, MN and Executive Director of the Liberian Ministers Association. He also serves as Staff Chaplain at Regions Hospital. Dr. Howard has written two books and has published several articles. He is a gifted preacher, teacher, motivational speaker, and musician. Dr. Howard is passionate about multiculturalism, church growth, and ministers returning to their first love.
