Rachel Wrenn is a Ph.D. candidate in Old Testament at Emory University. She graduated from Luther Seminary in 2011 and served small in town and rural pastoral ministry in Southwest Minnesota. She has a weekly Old Testament podcast called First Reading. Her current research interests revolve around biblical poetry, emotions, and the body in the Bible. Publications include Word & World (Fall 2016), “Fidelia’s Sisters,” and Bible studies from the Augsburg Fortress. She is blessed with a fun and goofy family.
