Biography
Nancy Lammers Gross is the Arthur Sarrell Rudd Professor of Speech Communication in Ministry at Princeton Theological Seminary. Her areas of teaching interest include speech communication and the oral interpretation of texts, working with students and preachers to claim their voices as full body instruments, preaching, especially preaching from the Apostle Paul, and worship. An ordained Presbyterian minister and member of the Presbytery of the Coastlands, she has served churches in California and New Jersey. She enjoys being involved in children’s ministry and teaching middle school Sunday School. Gross is the author of If You Cannot Preach Like Paul (Eerdmans, 2002), and Women’s Voices and the Practice of Preaching (Eerdmans, 2017).
