Lance B. Pape is the Granville and Erline Walker Assistant Professor of Homiletics at Brite Divinity School in Fort Worth, Texas. An ordained minister in the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ), he is the author of The Scandal of Having Something to Say: Ricoeur and the Possibility of Postliberal Preaching (Baylor, 2013).
