Jimmy Hoke is a freelance academic and the author of Feminism, Queerness, Affect, and Romans: Under God? (2021) and the forthcoming Queering the Lectionary: Proclaiming Queer Gospels (Fortress Press). They teach courses at United Theological Seminary of the Twin Cities and Augsburg University. Dr. Hoke also serves as Director of Children and Family Ministry at the House of Hope Presbyterian Church.
