The Rev. Henry Langknecht serves as pastor at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Great Falls, Va. Before that, he was Associate Professor of Homiletics and Christian Communications in the Haman-Pfahler Chair at Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio. He has served parishes in Ohio and Ontario, Canada. He received his Th.D. from the University of Toronto in preaching and the literal sense of Scripture for preaching.
