Frank L. Crouch served from 1996-2021 at Moravian Theological Seminary and is retired as Dean and Professor of New Testament Emeritus. Three research and educational questions: What is the Moravian Church’s history with respect to race, racism, slavery, segregation, and discrimination? How do we create diverse communities where all are both welcome and challenged, both teaching and learning? How do we best engage a changing, unpredictable, frequently unjust and violent world with faith, hope, and love—and courage?
