Dr. Edward Markquart, a recently retired Lutheran pastor, is the author of Witnesses for Christ (Augsburg), Quest for Better Preaching (Augsburg) and his preaching website, Sermons from Seattle. He is currently preparing to launch another website, Scripture Studies from Seattle, which will offer twelve Biblical courses for the laity.
