Dora R. Mbuwayesango is George E. and Iris Battle Professor of Hebrew Bible/Old Testament at Hood Theological Seminary, Salisbury, NC. She also serves as Dean of Students. She co-edited, with Musa Dube and Andrew Mbuvi, Postcolonial Perspectives in African Biblical Hermeneutics (Society of Biblical Literature). She has contributed various articles and essays to journals and edited volumes.
