Frederick David Carr, Ph.D., is an Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at Northeastern Seminary at Roberts Wesleyan University. He is a candidate for ordained ministry in the United Methodist Church, and he is the author of Being and Becoming: Human Transformation in the Letters of Paul (Baylor University Press, 2022).
