Charles Arn teaches “The Missional Church” course as well as classes on change and conflict management in the local  church at Wesley Seminary at Indiana Wesleyan University.

Dr. Arn  became actively involved in the church growth movement as his father,  Dr. Win Arn, began to pioneer the study and application of church growth  principles to North America in the early 1970s. Upon completion of his  doctoral work, Charles began working full-time with his father at Church  Growth, Inc., specializing in research and new product development. In  1989 Charles assumed the presidency of CGI upon his father’s retirement.

Dr. Arn has authored nine books, edited five others, written  numerous magazine and journal articles.  He is a popular speaker  nationally and overseas, and is a regular writer for several major  Christian websites.
