Bård Norheim is professor of theology at NLA University College in Bergen, Norway. He works with the interconnections between theology, rhetoric, and leadership. His most recent books include The Four Speeches Every Leader Has to Know (2020) and The Three Fears: Words to Use in a Crisis (2022), both with colleague Joar Haga, and Glocal Theological Education (2024, edited with Shantelle Weber).
