Sara Malmin Koenig teaches at Seattle Pacific University and Seminary, where she enjoys talking about biblical interpretation with undergraduate students and seminarians. She is interested in literary studies of the Old Testament, and focused on the character Bathsheba in her earlier studies. Her most recent book was published in the fall of 2025, about the reception history of the Ten Commandments
